Loss of power

Its running fine again at the moment, although there didn't appear to be a problem before. Bit concerned as a few people have had similar problems on here, although i suppose people don't think to post if nothings wrong

I had a problem with my 2.0D..loss of power, wouldnt go about 2500 rpm, max speed about 55mph!! ..turned out to be a faulty exhaust sensor! Had it replaced and touchwood all seems fine!

Hi AlexMc, Not sure if you saw my post from a few days ago when I lost all power while driving on the motorway at approx 10pm (full post here: ). In my case the car is only 5 1/2 months old so I'm tackling the Dealer for replacement. Will keep the forum updated of progress but I'm 'happy' if thats not being sadistic, that I'm not alone in experiencing this problem : I was certainly made to feel that way by the Dealer.
