Rear Electronic Module

I just recently had my rear electronic module go bad on my car. Rear door locks, electronic trunk release, fuel door lock, rear defrost, rear head rest release, and reverse lights all don't work. My question is, can I buy a used rear electronic module and put it in my car or are the modules assigned to a specific car?

Just same happened to me, is there one fuse that controls all these items. Individual fuses are all Ok, didnt know what the black cubes next to fuse panel are for.
